This is not a course about finding your perfect match or navigating the dating “game.” This is about YOU and learning to listen to yourself, build confidence, and stay present as you are going through the dating process! Be ready to engage in introspective activities, slow down, and not allow anxious attachment tendencies to get in your way.In this course, you will learn what attachment is and why you may be exhibiting anxiously attached behaviors.
I will walk you through multiple reflective activities so that you can get to know yourself before getting to your dates! You will learn skills such as improving self-compassion and identifying your top five values. Then, we will discuss key factors in the first date, second date, and beyond. You’ll get bonus content on setting boundaries and resources for further self-study!

No experience necessary! If you identify with anxious attachment and are currently going through the dating process, you will learn how to listen to yourself and navigate this process in the best way for you!
