Xerron – Automated Kegel And Reverse Kegel Workout
This is designed to provide a Kegel and Reverse Kegel Workout. I have included two files. If you feel like your PC muscles are too tight you can use Reverse Kegel and if you feel like your PC muscles are too weak you should use the Kegel audio.
You can also use both audios in the same stack to achieve Balanced PC muscles. It will make you a beast in the bed. I have been personally using this and the results have been amazing.
The audio is unisex and headphones are necessary because there’s a binaural in it.
